1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Meeting the following eligibility conditions is mandatory to use the badjl platform. Any person who does not meet these conditions will not be allowed to create an account or receive services.

1.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for those aged 21 or above only. No person under the age of 21 may register an account on badjl or play any game. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Residence and Location

The user must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activities are legal. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration and Verification

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on badjl. An account created with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time.

2.1 Registration Process

• Provide your correct name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Transferring or selling the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The badjl authority may request to verify a user's identity at any time. In this case, a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government document may need to be submitted. The withdrawal process may be suspended until KYC verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity in your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. badjl is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on badjl are conducted through secure SSL encryption. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if pending bonus conditions have not been met.

3.3 Currency and Tax Responsibility

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

badjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions and the bonus may be cancelled if those conditions are not followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (the original deposit amount plus the bonus amount). For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,200 bonus, total wagering = (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 25 = ৳55,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is still active.
• The wagering condition must be met within a set time limit from the time the bonus is received — once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If any user violates the bonus policy, badjl reserves the right to cancel their bonus and close their account.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in permanent account cancellation.

4.3 VIP Program

badjl's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members may advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. The weekly cashback at the Bronze tier can reach a maximum of 0.4%, at the Silver tier a maximum of 0.8% and at the Gold tier up to a maximum of 1.2%.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on badjl are conducted in accordance with fair play policies. We work with trusted game providers and game outcomes are not influenced by any strategy or interference.

5.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by an encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG). No game result is predetermined or controllable. badjl does not have the right to manipulate game results in any way.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• The use of any kind of fraudulent software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the game system is prohibited.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards by colluding with other users is prohibited.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, badjl will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount. However, badjl accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical failures.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

badjl places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income.

6.1 Right to Set Limits

Users may set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and a specified waiting period is required before it can be increased.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

8.1 Balance Refund

Whether the balance will be returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited. In the case of a standard self-exclusion, the valid balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The badjl platform is provided on an "as is" basis. badjl accepts limited or no liability for the following.

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If the service is disrupted due to issues with the user's device or browser.
• Due to delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• If account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Due to unexpected server downtime.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

badjl reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or account notification.

10.1 Applicable Law
